  • Approve work schedules and PTO; verify hourly employee timecards.

Facilities, IT & Communication

  • Oversee branch facility repairs, upgrades, and general maintenance.
  • Maintain branch IT equipment, computer systems, and phone systems.
  • Coordinate outside contractors and manage branch access.
  • Act as the branch’s single point of contact for intercompany communication and keep leadership informed of branch activity.
Requirements:
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with urgency and professionalism.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort cold calling in person and over the phone.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and overnight travel as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Success Traits

  • Quick learner who adapts to new systems and processes.
  • Reliable, proactive, organized, and team-oriented.
  • Demonstrates integrity, accuracy, and a positive leadership presence.
