We’re looking for a driven Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help take our Elk Grove clinic to the next level.

What You’ll Own

As Office Manager, you are responsible for running the clinic like it’s your own:

Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff

Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits

Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments

Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow-up

Hold the team accountable to performance and conversion goals

Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes

Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations

Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance

Build a positive, energetic, results-driven clinic culture
