Job description

Responsibilities/Qualifications
Bridgepointe Maintenance is actively seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Project Manager to oversee all maintenance projects within our organization. The Maintenance Project Manager responsibilities include quoting, planning, executing and finalizing projects within budget and time constraints, coordinating efforts among teams, and managing contractors. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of maintenance procedures and systems. Ultimately, the role of the Maintenance Project Manager is to ensure that all maintenance projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans for maintenance work
  • Quote jobs timely and accurately
  • Supervise staff and follow up on Human Resources related issues
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure all tasks are on schedule
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Manage contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify and resolve any issues or risks affecting project completion
  • Bill out finished jobs timely and accurately
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
  • Manage resources allocation and ensure their optimum use
  • Ensure quality control for all completed projects
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards

Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • Experience in planning and scheduling operations
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
