Position Summary

The Volunteer Operations & Executive Assistant will work directly with the Founder & CEO to help manage daily operations, coordinate projects, organize administrative tasks, and support special events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping a growing nonprofit expand its impact.

Responsibilities

    • Manage and organize the CEO's calendar and meeting schedule
    • Monitor and respond to routine emails
    • Coordinate volunteer and event logistics
    • Maintain Google Drive files and electronic documents
    • Prepare agendas and meeting notes
    • Update spreadsheets and contact lists
    • Track sponsorship and donor follow-up activities
    • Schedule approved social media posts
    • Assist with newsletters and basic website updates
    • Help prepare materials for board meetings and community events
    • Complete special administrative projects as assigned
