This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for professionals currently serving as a Mechanical Construction Executive, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Regional Operations Manager, Project Executive, Senior Project Executive, General Manager, Area Manager, or Construction Executive within the commercial mechanical construction industry. The successful candidate will lead large-scale HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical construction operations, oversee high-performing project teams, drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and support continued regional growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead commercial mechanical construction operations across the Salt Lake City region. Provide executive leadership for HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and mechanical contracting teams. Oversee multiple commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Manage operational performance, profitability, forecasting, staffing, and business planning. Mentor and develop Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations Managers. Required Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial mechanical construction. Proven success managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal construction operations. Experience leading large commercial construction teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of project management, operations, estimating, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business development. Demonstrated success developing high-performing construction teams. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
