Project Executive (Commercial Electrical Construction) โ€“ Las Vegas, NV

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor in the Las Vegas market to identify an experienced Project Executive who is passionate about leading teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering complex commercial electrical construction projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven leader seeking to make a significant impact while overseeing major commercial, healthcare, hospitality, mission-critical, and other large-scale electrical construction projects throughout Southern Nevada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership teams.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Review contracts, manage risk, and provide strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive operational improvements and implement best practices across project teams.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing, resource planning, and business growth initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale commercial electrical construction projects.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and contract management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Commercial high-rise, healthcare, hospitality, mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large institutional projects.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical construction portfolios.
  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
