Project Executive (Commercial, Hospital & Data Center) โ€“ Goodyear, AZ

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Project Executive to oversee large-scale commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center projects in the rapidly growing Phoenix metro area.

This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a proven construction professional who excels at leading teams, building client relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center projects.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy, staffing, and operational planning.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize impact.
  • Support business development efforts and assist with securing future work.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience overseeing large commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects.
