Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Hospital Security Operation Center (SOC) Dispatcher $25.50 per Hour. The Hospital Security Operation Center Dispatcher will answer telephones and dispatch hospital security personnel accordingly, observe for signs of crime or disorder, monitor video recording devices, and provide information quickly and accurately to the appropriate individuals. The Dispatcher is also responsible for documenting incidents in detailed reports and assisting with the functions of physical and personal security and safety measures of staff, members, and visitors at the healthcare facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer telephones, acknowledge alarm signals, monitor video recording devices as assigned throughout the service area and accurately providing pertinent information to the Security SOC Supervisor
  • Document incidents (including names, actions, and times) on the “Daily Activity Report”
  • Respond to the security needs of their assigned healthcare facility, its agents or contactors and personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • No prior work experience required
