Job description

As an Operational Administrator, you will be a vital part of the Company by directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the Operations Manager for our Rochester, NH District. Your goal will be to coordinate and monitor confidential activities and your success will be to support the district towards overall success. Your success will be based on providing support to management and collaborating directly with internal employees.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and provide reports as required
  • Arrange meetings, special functions and retirements as required
  • Provide the CCC on a weekly basis on call Schedules for techs, drivers and managers
  • Order all Corporate Express requirements for designated offices
  • Tracking and assisting on hitting deadlines for various projects
  • Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research

The expected hourly range for this position is $20.50-$24.60. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
