We're looking for an experienced, motivated Operations Assistant to work closely with our Operations Manager/Owner and take on a key, hands-on role in crop production and day-to-day farm operations. This is a full-time, year-round position with real variety day to day, real responsibility, and real room to grow your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

• Support daily farm and crop production operations 

• Get hands-on with field activities including tillage, grain cart operation, spraying, and grain hauling 

• Operate and help maintain farm equipment, including irrigation systems

What We're Looking For 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• 2+ years of crop operations experience 

Application/sprayer experience and certification preferred 

• Class A CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe, we'll help you get there 

• A valid driver's license, maintained throughout employment 

• Familiarity with farm equipment technology a plus, John Deere monitors and precision ag experience especially welcome
