Key Responsibilities

  • Use audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
  • Identify, record, document and report unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Identify fraud and take appropriate action required by law and company policy.
  • Monitor compliance and protect company assets and gaming integrity.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs, gather and submit information for detailed reporting.
  • Assist with investigations.

What You Bring

  • Practical math skills, such as addition, subtraction, and basic percentages.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a provincial gaming worker license.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Reliability, diligence, and a high level of integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused for extended periods
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an enclosed and controlled room in close proximity to colleagues.
  • Good vision and the capacity to focus on a computer screen and sit for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work varying hours, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in casino surveillance, security, investigations, or law enforcement is an asset.
  • Experience using surveillance systems or CCTV technology is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Knowledge of table games is an asset
