Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support highly scalable, resilient, and automated application environments. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, enabling automation, and improving operational excellence through modern engineering practices such as DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain highly distributed, multi-tiered systems with a focus on scalability and availability.
  • Implement and enhance automation, observability, and resiliency practices across application environments.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
  • Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and delivery processes.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Manage containerized environments and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Work with cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms across AWS and Azure.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
  • Utilize monitoring and analytics tools such as Splunk or Datadog for system insights.
  • Apply ITIL practices and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Provide production support, including 24x7 support as required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-8+ years of experience supporting or deploying distributed systems at scale.
  • Experience managing system stability and availability in production environments.
