Position Overview

The Territory Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth across an assigned territory. This role will focus on building strong relationships with cardiac and vascular surgeons, expanding product adoption, and providing clinical support to hospital teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and unit sales objectives within assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cardiac and vascular surgeons, hospital administrators, and operating room teams.
  • Drive product adoption through clinical education, in-services, case support, and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Differentiate solutions through clinical data, evidence-based selling, and hands-on education.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts.
  • Support surgical cases and provide product expertise to physicians and OR personnel.
  • Conduct customer training programs to ensure safe and effective product utilization.
  • Engage customers in medical education programs and company-sponsored initiatives.
  • Maintain strong account management practices, including follow-up, CRM updates, and territory planning.
  • Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and territory opportunities to leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to share best practices and support overall regional growth.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of operating room medical device sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience selling into hospitals and working with surgeons preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to provide clinical support in a surgical environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
