Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift (06:30 - 15:00), 10-hour shifts with rotating days off. Minimal call requirement of 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks. 14 operating rooms with a daily census of 45 patients. Patient ratio 1:1.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
  • Travel nursing experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Required experience in orthopedic, general, neuro, vascular, and urology surgical procedures
  • Preferred experience with DaVinci robotic surgery, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmic surgery
  • Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
  • Geographic restrictions apply; candidates residing in certain local counties are not eligible
