Radiology Associates, P.C. (RAPC) is a 100% physician-owned private radiology practice serving communities throughout Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Idaho. We are actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Body Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Radiologist Radiologist to join our growing practice. We welcome candidates interested in partnership-track, employed, and part-time opportunities.

Our subspecialized workflow allows physicians to focus on their fellowship expertise while working alongside colleagues who genuinely enjoy practicing together.

• Top-tier partner compensation exceeding the 95th percentile, supported by multiple diversified and passive income streams
• Two-year partnership track
• First-year salary: $525,000
• Second-year salary: $600,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Hybrid practice with approximately 50% remote reading
• Flexible employment models: Partnership, employed, and part-time opportunities available
• Subspecialty-focused practice allowing physicians to work primarily within their fellowship expertise
• Clinical confidence: Never required to interpret studies you're uncomfortable reading
• Internal night coverage with optional participation

• Exceptional physician support including Reading Room Assistants, Physician Assistants, credentialing specialists, scheduling staff, and dedicated IT support

New radiologists receive:

• Defined daily expectations (80–90 RVUs/day)
• One-on-one physician mentoring
• Six months of call support
