Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients with trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- Manage patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Participate in on-call rotation every six weeks.
- Float between like units as necessary to meet patient care needs.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic settings.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Valid RN license; a compact license is preferred.
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
- Must provide two professional references covering the last year of employment.
