Job description

Carpenter Co has an immediate opening for an Operator B - Bedding - Temple, TX - 2nd Shift Start time 4:00 pm with overtime as needed to complete the work for the day.

This position is responsible for assisting machine operators in keeping areas clean, stocked with supplies and baling foam for recycling as needed. Position requires daily communication between operator, management, and all other employees in the department.

The position works in a normal manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature changes and loud noise. Overtime may be required each day to complete the work scheduled for the day.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Assist all machine operators with supplies and baling of foam drop-off for recycling
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
