Role Overview

Seeking full‑time Operating Room (OR) Manager that will oversee the daily operations of surgical services within a healthcare facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care in the operating room.

Responsibilities
  • Managing staff schedules
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinating with surgeons and other departments
  • Optimizing resource utilization
  • Leading initiatives to improve workflow, patient outcomes, and staff performance
  • Fostering a culture of safety and excellence
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with Surgical Technologist (ST) background
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSN) is required
  • Advanced degrees such as MSN, MBA, or MHA are advantageous for leadership roles
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in surgical services
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within perioperative services
  • BLS/ACLS required
