  • With a specific focus on product implementations, hires, monitors, and develops all resources

  • Conducts monthly 1-1s and quarterly and year-end reviews for direct reports, including fostering an environment of constructive feedback

Required Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, preferably in Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a software implementation, client-focused environmen
  • 2+ Managerial experience in leading technical teams
  • A risk integrity management background is an asset.
  • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
  • Able to travel in the USasrequired
