About the Role

**In this role you will be required to work in our lovely new office 3 days per week.

HP's People Organization is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Global Executive Recruiting Team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, delivering highimpact executive hiring solutions that strengthen leadership capability across the organization.

You will own executive searches endtoend, lead proactive talent strategies, and deliver a bestinclass candidate experience while operating with discretion, influence, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fullcycle executive searches for Director through Vice Presidentlevel roles

  • Partner with senior business and People leaders to define hiring strategies, success profiles, and longterm talent needs

  • Proactively build and maintain executivelevel talent pipelines for current and future roles

  • Source, assess, and engage senior talent across operations, finance, technology, and general management functions

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing insight on talent markets, competitive intelligence, and hiring best practices

  • Drive consistent, scalable recruiting processes while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience

  • Champion inclusive and diverse executive hiring practices

  • Manage multiple concurrent searches in a fastpaced, matrixed environment

  • Select and manage executive search firms to deliver strong outcomes and value

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven inhouse executive recruiting experience supporting seniorlevel and leadership hires

  • Demonstrated experience building deep, trusted partnerships with executive leaders across multiple functions, such as operations, finance, technology, software, and supply chain

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, consult, and operate effectively at the senior level

  • Sound judgment, discretion, and comfort navigating complex, ambiguous hiring needs

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent experience, including significant exposure to executivelevel candidate management
