Description
SAIC has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support an exciting customer mission. This role will provide customer front office support to a newly established project office. The successful candidate will thrive in a mission-focused environment, where individual performance and collaboration is valued. The candidate must be self-driven to accomplish tasks, be meticulous in their work, possess strong organizational abilities, and develop strong rapport with team members. Professionally providing high level support to executive level government personnel is key.
Qualifications
  • Must currently hold an active TS/SCI and Poly
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, or commensurate experience may be substituted for the degree
  • Experience providing exceptional administrative support to government senior executive personnel
  • Experience managing front office customer calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference rooms
  • Experience with office management responsibilities including basic internal team logistics and assisting with travel scheduling
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding rapport with customers and contract team members
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including strong proficiency in MS Outlook for front office calendar management
  • Must have an executive presence, problem solving skills, and an ability to drive to solutions
  • Great interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a team and build rapport with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment responding to and managing schedule and priority changes
    Desired:
  • Experience working with customer-specific applications related to mail group and shared folder requests
  • Experience managing onboarding processes for new personnel
  • Familiarity with operating VTC equipment to enable meetings

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
