Operating Room Technician
Operating Room
The Operating Room Technician will:
  • Function as a Scrub Assistant during general surgeries.
  • Set up Operating Rooms with sterile instruments and surgical supplies.
  • Assist with the care, preparation, and maintenance of sterile and unsterile equipment, instruments and supplies.
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice to ensure implementation of the Plan of Care and communicating information pertinent to the patient's status to Registered Nurse.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technical Program, an accredited Practical School of Nursing, equivalent training or successful completion of an orientation program.
  • Ability to work on call under direction of the RN.
  • BLS administration required.

Salary Range: 27.62 - 44.20 USD

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
