Job description

Responsibilities
  • Manually set up baler in accordance with proper operating techniques and specs.
  • Inspect baler before and after a run to ensure any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
  • Ensure all parts for the baler are in place and tightly secured.
  • Monitor quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • The ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining excellent quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for setup and run speeds.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Mathematical and problem-solving ability, and an ability to effectively utilize a tape measure.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as required including Saturdays when needed.
