Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Summit, New Jersey.

RN – Operating Room (OR) Travel Contract


Location: Summit, NJ 07901
Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM | 3×12s | 36 hours/week

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year RN experience – Required
Active RN License – Required
BLS – Required
CNOR – Preferred
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; ADN or BSN preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and patient education.
• Assist with surgical procedures and demonstrate knowledge of surgical equipment and procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary surgical team.
• Prioritize patient care and maintain a safe, efficient operating-room environment.
