• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review medical histories to evaluate patient health.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including blood tests and imaging studies, to develop accurate assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse range of medical conditions, particularly focusing on the primary and surgical care needs of patients.
• Administer medications, including prescriptions, while closely monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Manage post-operative patient care, ensuring that recovery protocols are followed, and complications are effectively addressed.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards for healthcare practice.

Our surgical center caters to a diverse patient population, encompassing a wide range of ages and medical backgrounds. As a Physician Assistant, you will encounter patients undergoing various surgical procedures and treatments, focusing primarily on surgical care, post-operative recovery, and preventive health strategies. Your role will be crucial in addressing the unique needs of each patient while providing compassionate, individualized care.

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Active state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Demonstrated clinical competence with at least 2 years of experience in a family medicine, surgical, or similar healthcare setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of health regulations and medical protocols that govern patient care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and care coordination.

• Specialization or experience in family medicine or surgical services is preferred.
• Strong background in health education and community outreach initiatives.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in a surgical or outpatient setting.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
