Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for supporting machine operators by preparing materials, assisting with machine operation, and helping maintain efficient production while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow within manufacturing.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting Machine Operations: Assist machine operators with daily production activities to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage materials needed for production.
  • Monitoring Product Quality: Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and notify operators of any quality concerns.
  • Preparing Machines: Help prepare equipment for production runs, including supplying materials and assisting with changeovers.
  • Maintaining Production Areas: Keep machines and workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Following Safety Procedures: Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.
