Job description

JSK Hospitality is looking for friendly, reliable Guest Services Associates to join our front desk team. In this role you’ll be the first and last impression for our guests — handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every stay feels welcoming. We’re open to both full-time and part-time candidates who can work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check guests in and out with a professional, friendly attitude
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in person and by email
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and escalate when needed
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
  • Handle cash, credit cards, and basic front desk transactions accurately
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
  • Support fellow team members during busy periods

Requirements Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
