Job description

Overview

CVP is seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead for OpenText-based ECM solutions (Content Server/AppWorks) and modern front-end components. The Solutions Delivery Lead will drive discovery, business process reengineering, solution design/configuration, integrations, migrations, testing/UAT, documentation, and SaaS offerings to the Federal Research Institute under a tailored EPLC.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute iterative/Agile SDLC to deliver high-value increments; maintain product backlogs and release plans.
  • Capture business needs; conduct BPR; define scope, LOE, timelines, risks, and stakeholders; maintain SOP documentation.
  • Design and configure OpenText solutions: metadata schemas, workflow templates, security/permissions; integrate with existing systems (e.g., AppWorks, Drupal, Moodle, DocuSign, SSO).
  • Lead content migration planning and execution with integrity checks; coordinate system testing and UAT; publish training and user guides.
  • Offer solutions as SaaS to the Federal Research Institute or bilateral institute engagements; ensure smooth operations handoff.
  • Embed Section 508 and security considerations into design reviews, test/acceptance, and EPLC gates.
Qualifications
  • Public Trust eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years delivering enterprise applications with OpenText Content Server/AppWorks; 5+ years Agile product delivery and backlog management.
  • Hands-on experience with metadata/taxonomy, document-centric workflows, security models (roles/groups/permissions), integrations, and migrations at scale.

Desired Skills

  • NIH experience delivering OpenText solutions and joint UAT; familiarity with ECM@NIH onboarding.
  • Experience designing measurable workflow improvements (cycle time, first-pass acceptance) and reuse of PMO templates/SOPs.

Salary Band: $180,000-200,000 (Depending on experience)
