Should be willing to go for in person interview in Dallas and needs to work 3 days onsite in Dallas, TX.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure web content management solutions using OpenText TeamSite, LiveSite, and related technologies
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools to support agile development and continuous delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers, infrastructure engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Automate administrative and deployment workflows across CMS authoring, LSDS/LSCS, and content delivery endpoints.
  • Administer and support Windows-based VMs, DNS, and load balancers (e.g., NGINX).
  • Lead infrastructure design, server configuration, and platform documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for production support and maintenance.
  • Provide training and create documentation for both end-users and technical teams.
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to refine and implement user requirements.
  • Write, deploy, and maintain clean, well-documented code.
  • Actively engage in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Manage source control using Git and GitHub, including branching, commits, and peer reviews.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, or web content management.
  • Proven expertise with OpenText Web CMS (TeamSite), version 16 or above, OpenDeploy, and LiveSite.
  • Experience with Workflow Modeler, FormsPublisher, SitePublisher components/rules, and CSSDK integration.
  • Backend: Java, J2EE, Node.js, Python, Spring Boot.
  • Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, XSLT, Perl Presentation Templates.
  • UI Libraries: Material UI, Tailwind CSS.
  • Data Formats: JSON, XML.
  • Scripting: Perl.
  • Microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
  • Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker containers.
  • CI/CD tools and practices, GitHub, GitHub Actions.
  • Windows Server administration, virtual machine management.
  • Infrastructure components: DNS, load balancers (NGINX), firewalls, networking protocols.
  • Unit testing frameworks (Jest) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • Familiarity with taxonomy design and content strategy within Web CMS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of XSLT and SQL, exposure to relational databases.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with monitoring and performance tools (Dynatrace, New Relic).
  • Awareness of UI/UX principles, including accessibility and responsive design.
