• Architect and develop document services that connect OpenText repositories with SAP transactions
• Implement content-enabled workflows aligned with federal financial processes and audit requirements
• Support federal compliance, records management, and auditability by automating capture, classification, and retention of financial documents
• Support federal auditability by creating strict audit trails for documents supporting all SAP S/4HANA financial processes
• Configure Business Workspaces, ArchiveLink, and Smart UI for seamless integration between SAP objects (e.g., Purchase Orders, Requisitions) and xECM
• Lead document storage setup and archiving solution design using OpenText with SAP S/4HANA
• Translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints and functional specifications
• Develop and optimize document management processes, version control, and records management to ensure compliance
• Define and implement storage architecture, including volume strategy, archiving, backup, and recovery
• Provide architectural guidance on security, compliance, and retention policies
• Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to contract requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI background check are required prior to the start of work. Candidates must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance
