The Information Technology Division is seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our team as a Manager, Information Technology (OpenText Content Server).
The Manager, Information Technology (OpenText Content Server) will support and enhance our Electronic Document Management (EDM)/Sitecore environment. This role is primarily responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of OpenText Content Server to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient document and records management across the enterprise.
Needed Specialty: Manager, Information Technology (OpenText Content Server)

Responsibilities Include:
Reporting to IT leadership, the Manager, Information Technology provides technical leadership and oversight of enterprise content management systems while supporting business users and ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance.
Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize the OpenText Content Server (Livelink) and Sitecore environments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Develop and maintain workflows, forms, permissions, and business process automations within OpenText.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement enterprise content management solutions.
Support integrations between OpenText and other enterprise applications while ensuring records management and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical guidance, manage projects, and perform related duties, as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Six years of full time experience in information technology, three years must be in an administrative or supervisory capacity.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Systems Technology, Computer Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Salary Range: $91,193 - $155,274, commensurate with experience.
