We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Host to join our team in Houston, TX at Tiny's No. 5. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities to manage the floor and flow of reservations and walk-ins effectively. As a Lead Host, you will play a critical role in maintaining the pace of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the floor and flow of reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
  • Control and maintain the pace of the restaurant to optimize guest experience and table turnover.
