Role: Openshift Devops Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps (Jenkins,GitHub,Nexus) with 3+ years administering Red Hat OpenShift in an Enterprise environment.
  • Expertise with cluster management, patching, upgrades, break/fix support, network/security configurations  
  • Extensive hands-on command-line , PowerShell and BASH scripting experience (Red Hat CoreOS, RHEL) as well as automation tooling (GitOps, Ansible, and Argo CD).Implement and maintain automation for cluster provisioning, configuration, compliance, and repeatable operations using Ansible, Terraform, and scripting. - Support CI/CD and GitOps enablement using tools such as OpenShift Pipelines, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitHub webhooks. - Enforce security controls including RBAC, secrets management, IAM integration, network policies, image governance, and platform hardening. - Manage namespaces, quotas, storage classes, routes, certificates, and developer self-service capabilities.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container technologies (Docker).
  • Extensive hands-on Nexus Image building and Jenkins -CI/CD pipeline development in OpenShift and On-Perm Virtual Machines.  
  • configure, and maintain on containerization to support container platforms, CI/CD tooling, databases, and messaging systems (RedHat AMQ , Kafka , IBM-MQ).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk and Datadog.
  • Strong production troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, OS, containers, and applications.
  • Basic understanding of layer 7 policies for the OpenShift or containerization platforms
