NAVA Software solutions is looking for a OpenShift Architect
Details:
OpenShift Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Duration: Full time/Direct Hire
Position Summary
In search of an OpenShift Architect with experience designing, administering and installing large installations of OpenShift - preferably in an Enterprise setting. Experience with Cloud infrastructure and as a Kafka administrator are a plus.
Required Skills
  • Design and administration experience with large OpenShift installations
  • OR Implementation experience with Kubernetes and good knowledge of OpenShift
  • Experience with using IaC to deploy resources in Azure or another major Cloud platform
  • Implementation knowledge of CI/CD utilizing Containers - Docker and/or Podman
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of networking - DNS, DHCP, Load Balancers, VIPs, Certificates, proxies
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise storage options for OpenShift/k8s - NetApp, EMC, etc.

Desired Skills
  • Experience administering/architecting Azure RedHat OpenShift
  • Working knowledge of vSphere/VMware
  • Experience as a Kafka administrator or designing a Kafka installation
  • Extensive Experience Enterprise storage options for OpenShift/k8s, especially around the vendor selection process
