Opener (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Opener plays a key role in setting the tone for the day. You'll help ensure the store is ready for customers by completing opening tasks, preparing food and beverages, and following Dunkin' brand standards. Your energy and attention to detail help create a welcoming, fast, and friendly experience from the first customer of the shift.

What You'll Do

  • Arrive prepared and complete assigned opening duties to get the store ready

  • Follow operational Brand standards for food safety, cleanliness, and product quality

  • Prepare and serve Dunkin' beverages and menu items with speed and consistency

  • Stock and organize supplies to support smooth service throughout the shift

  • Support a positive team environment and communicate with the rest of the shift

  • Provide great customer service with a friendly, helpful approach
