The DISHWASHER is responsible for washing and storing properly all dishes, utensils, cups and small equipment for the kitchen. Maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner. Assisting in basic kitchen duties, cleaning, stock rotation and storage.
Physical Requirements: Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and loud noises. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular and continuous basis. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move from area to area in the kitchen.
