The Team - Enterprise & Cloud Applications
Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and Salesforce. We tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

Your Impact
  • Work on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects.
  • Work on NetSuite implementations that include design, system configuration and build, interface development, reports configuration and development, training, UAT and post go-live support.
  • Lead project teams and be a primary liaison to our clients.
  • Become fully engaged in deployment activities providing technical guidance to the project team.
  • Engage with clients and colleagues on revenue recognition solution support.
  • Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders.
  • Educate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.
  • Perform in functional implementation role, managing end to end implementations within the NetSuite Practice.
  • Identify, design and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm's methodology and approach.
  • Perform project management activities.

At a minimum, you will have:
  • 2+ years of experience with full life-cycle NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Experienced performing full life cycle implementations as a consultant or in a lead role, including GL.
  • Experience with NetSuite advanced manufacturing, SCM, and warehouse management modules.
  • NetSuite experience in Large/Complex/Global Multi-Subsidiary/One World Account Environments.
  • Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
  • Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
  • Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Preferably, you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
  • Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs.
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir Certifications.
  • Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow).
  • Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community.
  • CPA, PMP or MBA.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
