INTERNAL OPPORTUNITY ONLY

VIGILINT is seeking a current VIGILINT Operations Analyst for an opportunity to rotate into an Intelligence Analyst position. This rotation is designed to provide a member of our Operations team with the opportunity to expand their experience, develop additional skills, and gain exposure to the intelligence function within VIGILINT.

Eligibility is limited exclusively to current VIGILINT Operations Analysts. No external candidates or VIGILINT employees outside of the Operations Analyst role will be considered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:

  • Undergo training on intelligence collection, analysis, and packaging
  • Conduct research and analysis, and compile findings for Medical Information Products (MIP)
  • Aggregate information from open-source platforms to generate predictive analysis for recommendations to our clients, VES medical consultants, Global Client Services (GCS), and other departments within the company
  • Establish contacts at medical facilities as needed
  • Provide refresher training on intelligence procedures to Operations Specialists
  • Liaise with the Intelligence Department regarding ongoing projects and the readiness of the Operations team
  • Work with Operations Specialists on research and the development of commercial client products when necessary
  • Expand the Intelligence Department's Facilities Database by targeting major cities that lack preferred facilities or are limited in scope
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to retain and execute established processes with minimal guidance from management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
  • Diplomatic interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytic ability as demonstrated by prior work performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Google Earth, SalesForce, Travax, and OSINT tools
  • Ability to exercise VIGILINT's core values, moral, legal, and ethical standards.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard, and lift up to 30 pounds.
