Description: As an All-Source Fusion Analyst on our team, you'll help your client provide Ground Domain Multi-INT Certified Fusion analysis and production to improve pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and increase accuracy, speed, and synchronization of targeting efforts. manage Ground Domain operations focused on a future space, air, maritime, and threat environment. You will produce, coordinate, review, validate, and support fused intelligence using designated systems to support Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open source. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.Opportunity: This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set into areas like warfighting, databases, AI, and military. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver high-quality, sustainable results that drive success and efficiency in every project.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training as an Army 35F or branch equivalent at a Service Component Command, Combatant Command, or national-level intelligence agencyExperience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standardsExperience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, including working with Asian nations order of battle and ground domain awarenessAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlinesHS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience working in a professional environment, associate's degree and 9+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working in a professional environmentBonus Points: Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centersExperience with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products in support of pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, or targetingExperience with intelligence software, including Palantir, and Analyst's NotebookExperience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, and the data and tools these disciplines usePossession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks, and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in analytical productsCertified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) CertificationClearance:TS/SCI clearance is required
