Job Title: Back of House Shift Leader
Purpose: Our goal at Chick-fil-A Moorpark Road is to "Win the hearts of the Conejo Valley". We want to provide a remarkable experience to both our guests and our team. We are looking for a Team Member who demonstrates operational excellence, care, and team building.

Job Description: The role of a Back of House Shift Leader is to supervise and co-ordinate the entire Back of House team. They ensure that food is cooked quickly and accurately to ensure that each guest leaves with a smile. This manager may also be involved in helping to train new Team Members and carry out some administrative tasks. We would like someone who is productive, innovative and understands that supporting their team is the first step to operational excellence and a positive and productive work environment.

Employment Type: Full time or Part time availability. We do not have any seasonal positions open at this time.

  • Cook and assemble food quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure food safety and quality at all times.

  • Proficient in English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but is not required.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
  • Ability to lift at least 35lbs.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and practice safe service.
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
