Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience, preferably in high-volume hospitality, retail, or fast-paced service environments.

Physical Demands:

To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, the candidate must be able to:

  • Mobility: Stand and walk for extended periods; frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach both overhead and forward.
  • Lifting & Coordination: Lift and move up to 50 pounds (e.g., food crates or equipment) and safely push/pull kitchen carts.
  • Manual Dexterity: Climb step stools or ladders and demonstrate the hand strength/dexterity required to operate equipment and handle food items securely.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to the California Retail Food Code and all safety/sanitation protocols.

  • Hospitality Leadership: Lead by example to ensure the team delivers exceptional \Second Mile Service\ and maintains a pristine, welcoming environment for every guest.
  • Operational Excellence: Command shift operations by optimizing workflow and managing labor productivity in real-time to balance service speed with operational efficiency.
  • Team Development: Actively coach and mentor Team Members, assisting with training to ensure all staff uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards of service and quality.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee all cash handling procedures, including register reconciliation and financial security, ensuring 100% accuracy and integrity.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws (including break coordination), food safety regulations, and workplace safety protocols, including incident reporting.
  • Strategic Communication: Serve as a professional liaison between Front-of-House, Heart-of-House, and Senior Leadership to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment.
