Recruiters will likely ask about your experience with various vehicle types, knowledge of DOT regulations, and safety practices. It's common to meet with multiple hiring managers or team leads, and you may also be given information about routes, schedules, and company policies. Bring your CDL, medical card, and a resume to streamline the process. Open interviews are typically fast-paced, so being prepared and presenting yourself professionally can make a strong impression.
