We offer an extensive mentor program where new hires will be paired with a preceptor who will work at YOUR pace, to ensure you are comfortable on our floor.
Our RN shifts are 8 or 12 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. Peabody Retirement Community also offers a weekend warrior program- all decided by you! We offer sign-on bonuses and shift diffs for each shift! We also ensure safe patient-to-staff ratios, to prevent an unsafe work environment.
