Job description

Job Summary:
Deloitte is a team of strategic advisors, architects, and implementers driving business transformations. The Manufacturing Executions Systems Solution Architect Manager will lead discussions with stakeholders to define MES needs, collaborate on designing solutions, and oversee complex MES project deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Leading discussions with senior leaders and business stakeholders to define Manufacturing Execution System (MES) needs and translate requirements into solution functionality
• Collaborating with technical architects to design scalable, technically feasible Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete solutions
• Performing functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design activities for MES implementations
• Leading delivery of complex MES projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support in a fast-paced team environment
• Contributing to practice growth by sharing knowledge, helping solve client challenges, and supporting innovation in current and emerging MES solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete, including solution design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades
• 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
• Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience working with Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete
• Consulting experience
• Siemens Opcenter certification
• Experience leading project teams in a client service environment
