About the Role:
The Office Manager is the operational backbone of our Las Vegas corporate office, keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. This in-person role blends hands-on accounting support and procurement responsibilities with broad office and administrative management. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive leader who thrives on ownership, brings excellent management and organizational skills, and takes pride in creating an EFFORTLESS experience for both our internal teams and clients.
Location: In-person - Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Accounting Support
  • Support day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking.
  • Process invoices, verify billing accuracy, and assist with collections and vendor payments.
  • Assist with reconciliations, expense reports, and preparation for month-end close in partnership with the Controller.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and documentation.
Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Manage procurement of hardware, software, licenses, office supplies, and equipment.
  • Obtain quotes, place and track purchase orders, and confirm timely, accurate delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Track procurement spend, monitor budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Office & Administrative Management
  • Oversee daily operations of the corporate office to ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities coordination, and relationships with building management.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and inquiries.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and equipment coordination.
Operations & Team Support
  • Develop, document, and improve office processes and administrative workflows.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Help enforce office policies and maintain compliance with company standards.
  • Champion efficiency and organization across all office functions.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or an administrative leadership role.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with AP/AR and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Experience with procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with a positive, team-oriented, ownership-driven attitude.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to reliably work on-site at the Las Vegas corporate office.
