Location: Leesburg, VA (Hybrid)

As a Finance Co-Op in our Finance / Accounting department, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting core accounting, reporting, and financial analysis activities while contributing to real business deliverables in a dynamic medical device environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Create and analyze accounting statements and reports to support the preparation of financial statements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation
  • Perform account reconciliations as assigned
  • Conduct data analysis in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and variance analysis
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to process improvements, reporting, documentation, and internal controls
  • Help maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external requests
  • Communicate effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance team

What You Bring:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
