Job description

POSITION:  Assistant Varsity Cross Country Coach

REQUIREMENTS: Will work with all aspects of the school cross country program developing a positive environment through strong interpersonal and organizational skills for the Mille Lacs Raiders Co-Op. Assist with upper/lower level coaches to help develop and strengthen the overall program. Coaching experience in a school setting is preferred but not required. This person must be able to work well with other members of the coaching staff and activities department to establish a consistent cross country program that will benefit the student athletes. All applicants must have a valid coaching certificate or be willing to get certified through the Minnesota State High School League. 

SALARY: Per Master Agreement
