We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team and focus on acquiring new business from local and regional clients in Dallas and nearby markets such as Austin and Houston. This role will report directly to our RVP, Western Region.
Compensation Details: Base Salary $60,000 - $65,000 plus commission + bonus
The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education,
skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

  • A minimum of 6 years of sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets, ideally within Out-of-Home (OOH) but not required.
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles, effectively managing a robust pipeline, and qualifying prospects to deliver high-value mobility media advertising solutions.
  • Confident in proposal negotiations and capable of working autonomously to drive opportunities to successful close, proactively identifying and solving challenges.
  • Proficient in leveraging local market knowledge, actively traveling for prospect visits, and participating in industry events to expand reach.
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial professional who excels at cultivating strong relationships with local clients and internal teams to foster long-term partnerships and drive growth.
  • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, committed to expanding business presence and ensuring advertising initiatives stay on track in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, diligently prospect for new local and regional clients and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while maintaining a minimum 4x monthly target pipeline.
  • Efficiently manage your time, accounts, and travel to maximize customer interactions through phone, email, and in-person meetings, fostering strong relationships and driving consistent progress.
  • Actively partner with clients and internal teams (Creative, Charting, Production, Operations) to develop impactful advertising campaigns and ensure the timely, flawless delivery of our transit solutions tailored for the Dallas market.
  • Diligently utilize the Salesforce system to track all sales activities and opportunities with detailed documentation, ensuring transparent progress and data accuracy.
  • Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and regular team collaboration, contributing to overall success and collective strategic initiatives.
  • Independently maintain a high volume (75+) of customer touchpoints weekly and actively manage your personal sales pipeline, demonstrating exceptional initiative and self-motivation in driving business forward.
