Job description

Job Summary:
Onyx Point, LLC. is focused on modernizing legacy operational systems using advanced technologies. The Agile Developer will be responsible for software development, testing, and collaboration within a team to enhance system automation.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizing a test framework to execute manual and automated tests.
• Authoring tests utilizing Cucumber and Playwright.
• Execute load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing and end-to-end testing.
• Agile development and delivery of software.
• Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline.
• Analyze, design, verify, validate, implement, apply and maintain software systems.
• Develop and provide appropriate documentation and training.
• Present briefings and demonstrations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• An active TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• A Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience
• An Associate’s degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 13 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Proficient in Software development process
• Programming Practice software quality through tools and processes
• Develop software solutions
• Design, develop, modify codes to support system requirements
• Assist in developing innovative approaches
• Capabilities can be waived through in-depth experience that is clearly outlined in the position requisition
