Shipping and Receiving Supervisor position.We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:• 5–10 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or a related field.• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse• 5–10 years of forklift operating experience, including heavy equipment with capacities ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 lbs.• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping documentation, receiving procedures, and warehouse safety standards.• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.• Demonstrated ability to coordinate inbound and outbound freight, manage competing priorities, and ensure ontime shipments.• Proven leadership experience with a track record of training, coaching, and developing team members.• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
